Harrisville City Ordinances Governing Operation and Use of the Harbor 88-01 Adopted March 1988 Section 22 Neither fishing nor fish cleaning shall be allowed from or on the dock, or any extension thereof. Furthermore, there shall be no fish cleaning of any kind on the paved or black topped portion of the harbor area between Lake Street and Lake Huron nor shall there be any fish cleaning within the showers or restroom facility located at the harbor, the pavilion, or on or in any drinking fountain, playground area, or grills. |
